Basil Tours Pvt Ltd, a leading B2B Destination Management Company (DMC) operating in Dubai, Singapore, and Malaysia, had built a strong offline presence in the travel industry over several years. Despite owning premium travel products like yachts, desert safaris, and guided tours, the brand struggled with a minimal digital footprint. They lacked a coherent brand identity online, had no consistent social media presence, and no structured digital strategy.
